Too Scary Not to Write

Possibly some of the scariest rhetoric used by Obama as quoted here in this article, "We are four days away from changing the United States of America". Now you might say to yourself, this is the typical message throughout the campaign, but look closely at the words, "changing the United States of America" not change in government but Obama wants to change the total fabric of America, what we stand for, what we're built upon, what we have created here. We do not need a fundamental change in America, we need a change in leadership to shake up Washington but we do not need to change America. We cannot let Obama change us as a country and in our essence, we are Americans, of a democratic-republic, we are not and never shall we become a socialist state and we do not need to change America. This is frightening, we could see wide-spread changes that would create a socialist state and would develop a country who is more of a parent than a governing body.

I am forced to say that this election year will be close because of the lack of vision of many voters, but I plead all voters now to take a look at what policies will have a lasting effect and could as Obama says, "change America". We cannot afford to fall down at our post as citizens and we need to go out and vote for policies with posterity in mind. We have an obligation to vote and to be educated citizens when we vote. I challenge everyone out there to go out and learn the policies and records of each candidate and then establish your knowledge of their plans with posterity in mind and then we will truly have an election of "change" when all Americans educate themselves before they step into the booth.

God bless the candidates and the voters as we close this election season!

What has the world come to? Misunderstanding the Constitution

Well it seems to me that the California supreme court wants to act as a separate court of a foreign country, because they seem to want to get rid of a few civil rights guaranteed in the Constitution. Not only is this disturbing but this is also a direct jab at the 1st amendment right, freedom of religion. Religion goes into the public life but does not force others to do things they'd rather not do, whereas this bill is forcing the liberal left's idealism down Christian throats. The left needs and wants gays and lesbians to be fully inculcated into society and to be seen as normal, when their very act of "sexuality" is not normal and is contrary to their makers ideas when designed and formed in the womb. With this case, the liberals of California now are moving towards total radicialism, first, freedom of forcing others to do stuff liberals want, then animals are now humans, I'm still waiting for that Amendment or declaration to be added by some judge legislating from the bench. Lastly, we will have global warming coking our economy like it is now so that if we do not buy hippie cars and bike or walk to work we will be paying dearly for it.

This case is so anti-US constitution that it is absurd, doctors who have "private" practice, notice that word in quotes California, should and cannot be made to do something against their religious beliefs . Freedom of religion is a basic right. Our constitutional rights need to be understood in a way that they were meant to be held. The judicial system was not supposed to be that big and was not at all supposed to legislate from the bench, it was a check on constitutionality, not a creator of policy but a check on the legitimacy of it, in accord with the constitution. The constitution is what the justices were supposed to go on, not the change of it to take away rights, so the CA supreme court has faulted, just on that principle.

The biggest mistake of this whole matter is the fact that they define invetro fertilization as medical CARE, it is not care if someone is not hurt. The mother is not hurt and therefore is not in need of CARE but rather they want something done to them, like a tattoo. Do tattoo artists, although perhaps not the most scrupulous, refuse to ink someone because of what or where they want it. This is a service and a private service has the right to refuse anyone service, because it is not a right to being "served" it's a right to live in freedom. The right asserted by the supreme court of this particular case was to recieve medical care, which is well known that is it not care. I'm waiting for the doctor to be sued for not giving a girl plastic surgery for whatever reason. Doctors are not state appointed emmisaries but medical care facilitators. You want someone to do something for you that is against their belief then how about the person who wants the procedure get baptized and go to church for the rest of their life and pray 1 hour every day, because the supreme court said you needed to go.

Simply put, this is a sad case that takes away Constitutional rights, in a way which the Constitution does not approve, and ignores the fact that this is not a medicial care, or ememergency care, but a service, which can be denied.

Stand Up for What's Right!

Let me just say first and foremost, you must go to the linked video on myfoxdallas, it's just stunning how awesome the clerk was during this whole event. On the other hand, the 2nd pizza store clerk I'm not so sure was very wise in her actions. The male clerk is a hero and the owner should definitely give him a raise and do whatever to keep him working there. When an employee takes to heart the place in which he works that much, he should be rewarded and if I were the owner I would do so much to keep that employee.

Now on to the actual event, there were four American citizens involved in stopping this armed robber from getting what he wanted and instead getting justice! All four of the people involved are heros, with the beginning and bravest actions coming from the store clerk himself. This is the way Americans should act and how the justice system can be fully carried out, citizen action. When citizens take it upon themselves to help with law enforcement, not necessarily becoming cops or trying to take justice into their own hands, but rather collectivly working to solve an issue/crime. The people who followed the wouldbe-robber did their part, as did the clerk and the witness who ran after the man. The second clerk however, what was she thinking? Why did she retrain the other clerk from knocking the robber out fully and giving him something to remember him by as well? I am sure the male clerk would have tied up the man after beating him senseless and then there would have been no need for a chase.

Lastly, I would just like to call to your mind the incident that happened a few years ago when another store employee, somewhere in the U.S., fought back against robbers and was then fired by his company for not "following proper procedure" . Well to those managers/owners, get a clue! What if your employee was giving out money for no reason, ok fire him for that, but not for saving your company and its investments. I hope the same doesn't happen to this great pizza store clerk, cheers and I wish you the best clerk, you are a true American and a hero for your town/company.
Here's two slices of cheese for you!

Drill off Florida Coast/Naturists say No?

Let me start by saying that as Americans in the early history of our country, we were a nation on innovations and inventions, adaptations and improvements. Our founding generations (1770-1810) gave us the ability to freely govern ourselves in a no restrictive way. As the founders had planned, our laws were established based upon the assumption of a virtue driven society. The founding generation had a great idea of what it meant to be a good person and a solid American and virtue became intertwined with our government.

Since the 1970s, however, the liberal tree-hugging left have infringed upon our freedom in various ways, in an attempt to change America and Americans into something they are not, something different. Liberal politicians and judges tried to legislate morality in a different way, not built upon virtues of old. The leftist virtue became a new phenomenon and the so called values became imposed upon the world through various means i.e. the media, schooling, public service announcements, etc.. The left is trying to take over, in fact, a conservative virtue that was created by one of the greatest Presidents of our short history, Theodore Roosevelt! Roosevelt set aside more land than any American President in history and established various public parks associations and wildlife refuges.

The left has tried to kidnap Teddy's grand vision. Arbor day used to be a day to adore nature and it's natural beauty, it has now been perverted into a "set off carbon emissions" and create clean air and atmosphere day, which in no way calls for people to celebrate nature, but rather curse those who are purportedly abusing nature by using the American innovations such as TVs, or cars, or anything that might have the chance of emitting carbon. The leftists will not be satisfied until we are living in caves and using only direct human energy to do anything, they are trying to push us backwards in time, away from innovation and creation. Yes, and now we have turned against American ideas and thought and American nature as history has laid out, all because of the leftist of these few past generations have kidnapped virtue.

Drilling off the coast of Florida is the innovative and smart thing to do, no matter how long it will take to do it. The main argument against this drilling is that we do not want to upset the environment of a delicate marine life. This generality presupposes that conservatives for drilling have no qualms with destroying nature as she stands today, but this could not be further from the truth. We do not want to destroy or de-beautify the earth in any way, and when we drill, because we'll win this battle as gas prices rise, we will take caution in keeping the ocean environment safe and without damage. God, who gave us this earth to use as our help in life, "take the earth and subdue it" and "you have dominion over all the earth, the birds of the air the fish of the sea and all the animals of the land and creeping things" and so we need to utilize our gift now, more than ever. Drilling is a step towards reestablishing American innovation and adaptation, so is nuclear energy but that is a whole other blog. We need now, more than ever to reinvigorate our true American virtues of innovation and adaptation and start drilling in our own land, and also begin searching for innovative means to alternative energy. Floridians and people all across the United States need to contact their representatives and tell them they need to push for offshore drilling! Let us innovate, because without innovation America will not know herself, she will be disabled to a point of collapse.
